His first professional win came in July 2020, when Zalatoris won the TPC Colorado Competition by one stroke.
Zalatoris tied for sixth place, at five-over-par, alongside world one Dustin Johnson; in a major competition, it was his first top-10 surface.
He was second in the Master’s Tournament in April 2021 with a groove of 9-under-par, concluding one stroke behind winner Hideki Matsuyama.
