Alex Trebek Recites Drake's "Jumpman" Lyrics For 'Jeopardy!'

May 2024 · 1 minute read

It’s always a special moment when hip-hop and the knowledge-based game show Jeopardy! collide, and tonight’s episode (Oct. 26) involved the show’s long-time host Alex Trebek reciting the lyrics to Drake and Future‘s hit “Jumpman” from their collaborative album, What A Time To Be Alive.

In the category “Musical Acts,” the Canadian host referenced the lyrics to the musician’s hit. While he doesn’t have the same pizzazz as the 6 God while reciting the lyrics, it’s still pretty incredible that Jeopardy! has gotten to this point.

In recent years, Trebek has unlocked the swag with several hip-hop related clues. He’s rapped lyrics by Public Enemy and Biggie, saluted Kanye West with a question about The Life Of Pablo, and even Fetty Wap has gotten his own question on the show.

What a time. Check out Trebek spitting bars below.
